For the past 25 years, I have guided clients in America in healing and detoxification practices dedicated to restoring balance, vitality, and overall well-being. This fall, I will have limited availability for private detoxification programs in the United States, as I prepare to lead a special 14-day Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation retreat in the beautiful and magical state of Kerala, India — the birthplace of Ayurveda.
Surrounded by lush tropical landscapes, peaceful backwaters, and a deeply spiritual atmosphere, Kerala offers the ideal setting for profound healing and renewal. This immersive retreat will combine authentic Ayurvedic detoxification therapies, nourishing foods, daily wellness practices, rest, and guided healing experiences designed to cleanse the body, calm the mind, and restore inner balance.

Our dedicated team of 42 Ayurvedic doctors and 240 skilled therapists serves all three Somatheeram retreats, ensuring consistent therapy standards and personalized care for every guest.
