MEET RIMA SHAH

Rima Shah is an Ayurvedic practitioner and co-owner of Diva Ayurveda with nearly 20 years of experience guiding clients toward balance, vitality, and spiritual well-being. Rooted in her Indian heritage and first taught by her grandparents, Rima blends ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with a modern, accessible approach.

Her training includes advanced studies in Ayurvedic herbalism, Panchakarma, and women’s health - through both formal faculty positions in U.S. Ayurvedic schools and continued study in India. She has counseled women through prenatal, postpartum, and life transitions, always honoring the whole person with compassion and authenticity.

Today, Rima offers in-person Ayurvedic consultations in Milwaukee, WI and online Ayurveda coaching worldwide, specializing in women’s health, digestive wellness, and seasonal living practices. Her mission is to make Ayurveda practical, spiritual, and transformative for modern life.
